About the role

As an HR Business Partner for the Hong Kong operations team, you will work closely with business and management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for Hong Kong operations team, liaising closely with business and management to develop and drive HR strategy implementation and support business goal achievement
• Demonstrate familiarity with Hong Kong local compensation systems, independently complete compensation calculations and compensation plan design, conduct regular market compensation reviews to ensure compensation and benefits are market competitive
• Master Hong Kong labour laws and related regulations, ensure compliance throughout the employment process, independently handle employee disputes and employee relations cases, and foster good labour-management relations
• Possess expertise in performance management and organisational planning, lead HR transformation and innovation projects, and continuously optimise organisational effectiveness
• Coordinate all HR modules for Hong Kong team, collaborate with various departments to complete HR-related matters, and implement proactive management of local HR risks

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3 years or more of HR-related work experience
• Must have retail industry HR-related work experience
• In-depth understanding of Hong Kong compensation and benefits systems and local labour laws; experience with Hong Kong HR operational practice is preferred
• Familiarity with performance management and organisational planning expertise, with practical experience in HR transformation projects
• Solid HR professional foundation, excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, strong principles, and high risk awareness
