Our mission is to build strong partnerships between our Human Resources function and our business operations to drive organisational success and employee engagement.
About the role
We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our Bang Rak Bangkok location on a full-time basis. As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders, bridging the gap between Human Resources initiatives and business objectives. This role is integral to our success, as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support that enables our organisation to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent whilst ensuring compliance with employment regulations and best practices. You will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organisational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand their talent needs, organisational challenges, and strategic objectives, translating these into effective HR solutions and interventions
- Develop and implement tailored people strategies that support business growth, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate organisational risk
- Support the recruitment process by defining role requirements, conducting interviews, and ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates aligned with organisational culture
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, development programmes, and learning opportunities that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee retention
- Lead performance management processes, including objective setting, appraisals, and capability development conversations with senior stakeholders
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and support for sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism
- Analyse HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and HR strategy
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistent delivery of HR services across the organisation
- Act as an ambassador for HR, promoting best practices and fostering positive relationships between employees and management
What we're looking for
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional HR experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 2 years working in a business partner capacity or similar strategic HR function
- Strong knowledge of Thai employment law, labour regulations, and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, organisational development, and employee relations
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior business leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use HR data to drive evidence-based decision making
- Demonstrated experience in change management and ability to navigate organisational transitions effectively
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters
- Fluency in both Thai and English, both written and verbal
