VLCC Skills** is looking for an experienced **HR Business Partner** to manage HR operations and business partnering across multiple institutes**.
**Location:** VLCC Corporate Office, Magnum City Centre, Sector 63, Gurugram
**Work Days:** 6 days, 8.5 hours
**Reporting:** CHRO
**Key Responsibilities:**
- HR Business Partnering & Workforce Planning
- Talent Acquisition & Manpower Management
- Performance & Talent Management
- Employee Relations & HR Operations
- HR Analytics, Excel Dashboards & MIS
- HRMS / PeopleStrong Management
- Multi-location stakeholder management
**Ideal Candidate:**
MBA/PGDM in HR with **58 years of relevant experience**, strong Excel & PowerPoint skills, HRMS knowledge (PeopleStrong preferred), and experience handling multi-location teams.
