该职位来源于猎聘 1, The qualified individual will be accountable for implementing overall HR policy and regulations and HR initiatives into the supported business to ensure the integration of execution efficiency with consistency.

2, Pro-actively identify, define, implement and pro-actively align solutions that address the needs of the business.

3, Contribute and support business strategy through an understanding of the business, and providing insight into the people impacts.

4, Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines.

5,Assist in establishing recruitment process and practices for commercial team. 6,Manage recruitment and training budget in accordance with company guidelines 7,Participate in interviewing potential candidates for recruitment needs, providing input on best practice to hiring managers on assessment and selection of top talent 8, Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
