Yanwen Express is looking for a proactive and experienced HRBP / Recruiter to join our growing team in New Jersey. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including planning, execution, and optimization
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop talent profiles
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and onboarding processes
• Collaborate closely with business teams to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring analysis and improvement recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition required
• Experience independently managing recruitment processes or working as a recruiting lead is preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. recruitment practices and basic labor laws is a plus
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Strong communication, execution, and organizational skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
