- 主导生产团队人才梯队建设，年度关键岗位招聘达成率不低于95%
- 推动制造部门绩效体系优化，确保绩效方案覆盖率达100%
- 处理制造端员工关系，年度劳动争议发生率控制在3%以下
- 协同质量部门开展人才盘点，年度核心人才保留率提升至90%
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上制造业人力资源管理工作经验
- 具备生产管理或质量管理背景，熟悉精益生产、六西格玛等管理工具
- 精通劳动法律法规，能够独立处理复杂员工关系案例
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能适应制造现场工作环境
- 持有HRBP或人力资源管理师等相关职业资格证书者优先
