Key Responsibilities

1. Overseas HR System Development: Lead the development and continuous optimization of HR management systems across overseas countries and regions. Align HR policies and management mechanisms—including recruitment, organization, performance management, compensation, and employee relations—with business development needs.
2. New Market & Country Support: Support the launch and expansion of new overseas markets and countries. Participate in building local HR frameworks, including organizational planning, workforce planning, local team setup, and implementation of HR management processes.
3. Global Overseas HRBP Support: Serve as an HRBP for overseas businesses globally, gaining a deep understanding of business and organizational needs across different countries and providing HR solutions in areas such as organization and talent to support sustainable business growth.
4. Local Team Development: Develop workforce plans and talent strategies based on the business development stage of each overseas market. Drive localization of teams, key position recruitment, and talent development.
5. Overseas HR Audits & Visits: Conduct regular HR visits and audits across overseas countries to understand local organizational and employee conditions, identify and address HR management issues, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and management mechanisms.
6. Cross-Cultural Management: Develop and implement HR policies in overseas markets
7. Overseas assignment experience is required.
