HRBP (พนมสารคาม)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with HR and business heads to develop HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Fully lead and execute all restructuring, compulsory processes and procedures, and organizational change policies to support HR strategies.
• Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
• Analyst and manage HR such as C&B, talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, etc. to support current and future business expansion plans.
• Provide consultation on talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution, and career development to all levels

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in an HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions
• Excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills and strategic perspective
• Ability to operate fast moving in complex multinational environments’ strong leadership, self-motivated, down to earth, and work under pressure.
