该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated HR professional to support both talent acquisition and HRBP b activities. This role will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers and employees to support hiring, employee lifecycle management and people-related initiatives. The position will also participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (50%) Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs and hiring plans. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely hiring and a positive candidate experience. Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates. HR Business Partnering (30-40%) Support managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters. Assist in employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and talent discussions. Provide HR guidance and support on employee relations matters. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support business objectives. HR Projects & Initiatives (10-20%) Support HR projects, process improvement and transformation initiatives. Prepare HR reports, data analysis and presentation materials. Participate in employee engagement and culture-building activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines. 3-5 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment and/or HRBP responsibilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese. Preferred: Oversea background Experience in multinational organizations or technology-related industries. Familiarity with HR systems and HR data reporting.
