HRBP

1. Based on the company’s hiring needs, fully utilize internal resources and various recruitment channels to meet talent acquisition requirements；
2. Responsible for employee relations management, labor resource management, and issue resolution；
3. Responsible for team culture building, organizing and carrying out relevant employee activities；
4. Responsible for the execution of employee performance management；
5. Responsible for daily office administrative tasks, including but not limited to office supplies, handling travel arrangements (including flight and hotel bookings), expense processing and reimbursement, company vehicle management and scheduling, etc；
6. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; English must be usable as a working language；
2. Possess relevant HR work experience, be familiar with the Employment Ordinance, and have knowledge of various recruitment channels and tools；
3. Have experience in handling Hong Kong work visa applications；
4. Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and strong problem-solving abilities；
5. Able to accept short-term business travel.
