Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and team leads to address people-related requirements and support business goals.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and internal events.
• HR Strategy & Operations: Support performance management, employee relations, HR policies, and retention initiatives.
• Admin Management: Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day workplace operations.

Requirements:

• 35 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an advertising, PR, or media agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
