HRBP

About the role

This role encompasses recruitment and HR Business Partner (HRBP) support functions, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Head Office and Retail Store positions while providing HR support across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for both Head Office (HQ) and Retail Store positions
• Source candidates through different recruitment channels
• Screen candidates and arrange interview schedules
• Coordinate with users/hiring managers during the recruitment process
• Assist in the interview process and follow up with candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees
• Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks and documentation
• Support HRBP activities for several departments
• Work closely with department teams to understand their manpower needs, employee issues, and operational challenges
• Arrange and conduct meetings with related departments to discuss HR matters and provide suitable solutions
