To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing business decisions, ideally within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Ability to balance strategic HR partnering with hands-on execution, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and previous exposure to regional HR operations would be advantageous.
