HRBP

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies that support organizational growth and business objectives.

The role requires a proactive HR professional who can influence stakeholders, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities.

• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely and effective hiring.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives and support a positive work environment.

• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

• Support managers in addressing performance, productivity, and people-related challenges.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

• Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify skill gaps and implement development programs.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.

• Drive HR policies, processes, and best practices across the business function.

Key Requirements :

• 610 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner role.

• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and employee lifecycle management.

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Experience managing employee relations and performance management matters.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in HR reporting and metrics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred. Preferred Skills • Experience supporting diverse business functions in a fast-paced environment. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
