HRBP Executive

Job Summary

You will serve as a hands-on strategic partner to business leaders and employees, driving employee engagement, managing complex employee relations, and ensuring policy compliance across a remote ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives, partner with line managers on retention, and gather culture-building feedback.
• Disciplinary & Grievances: Advise managers on employment regulations, conduct workplace investigations, manage grievances, and oversee dispute resolutions.
• Talent & Lifecycle Support: Administer the full offboarding cycle, guide performance management review cycles, and coordinate onboarding readiness with the recruitment team.
• Risk Management: Track organisational trends and proactively flag people risks or operational vulnerabilities to leadership.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of solid HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
• Skills: In-depth working knowledge of employment laws, tech-savviness with HRIS/digital collaboration tools, and stellar interpersonal communication.
• Advantage: Prior experience thriving within a remote work or tech environment.
