- Design and create engaging communication materials including:
Emailers and newsletters Event teasers and creatives Post-event updates and highlights
- Process Excellence & HR Operations
- Support key HR processes including:
Training coordination and tracking Exit management processes Launchpad New Joiner Onboarding Program
Stakeholder Management
HRBP Connects
- Assist in organizing and facilitating HRBP connects with: Existing employees New joiners
- Support feedback collection and engagement tracking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
