Position: HRBP Intern

Experience: 6 months

Job Location: Yerwada, Pune

Job Description / Skills

• Assist as the first point of contact for basic employee queries and support the HR team with employee-related tasks.

• Help with the coordination of new hire onboarding activities.

• Support in collecting and organizing HR data for analysis, including tracking exit interview feedback and preparing simple reports.

• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities such as social events, recognition programs, and employee feedback surveys.

• Help in organizing materials for career development sessions and initiatives.

• Coordinate with the Talent Management team to assist with training logistics and basic performance management processes.

• Support the HR team in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for internal use. Core Competencies

• Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well with others and build positive relationships.

• Basic organizational skills to help manage tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and collaborate within the HR team.

• Familiarity with MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
