Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner Intern, youll gain hands-on exposure to regional HR operations, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder partnering, and people analytics while working closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate employee master data across the employee lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and HRIS data management.
• Track employee attendance, leave, and regional HR records.
• Assist in preparing HR dashboards for attrition, attendance, and escalations.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, town halls, and communication initiatives.
• Support grievance handling by ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.
• Partner with regional HRBPs to provide day-to-day support to business stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and People Operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers, and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
