Position Title: HRBP

Department: HR & Admin

Location: Kandivali

Reports to: BU HR Head

Role Overview: The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving initiatives in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development. The role requires handson execution of HR processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to design and implement peoplecentric programs that strengthen organizational capability and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to identify talent needs, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
• Design and execute Talent Management frameworks including capability mapping, performance management, and individual development plans.
• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives such as townhalls, surveys, recognition programs, and culturebuilding activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and deliver L&D programs aligned with business priorities, including onboarding, functional training, and leadership development.
• Facilitate performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and employee development conversations.
• Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, training effectiveness) and recommend actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving queries and supporting organizational change initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 36 years of HR experience with exposure to TM, EE, and L&D.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Handson experience in designing and executing HR programs.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
• Location preference: Kandivali, Mumbai.
