Position Purpose

You will lead the global HRBP function to align our human capital strategy with rapid Web3 market growth. This role bridges corporate objectives and departmental execution. You will drive organizational design, talent management, and cultural evolution. You must handle sensitive leadership successions and scaling challenges with absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Align business goals with global people strategies.
• Advise C-suite executives on organizational health and scaling.
• Lead HRBP teams across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Manage restructuring and sensitive workforce planning initiatives.

Talent Strategy & Succession

• Design succession plans for critical trading and technology roles.
• Identify capability gaps within high-performing business units.
• Optimize retention in a highly competitive talent market.
• Oversee executive onboarding for sensitive business expansions.

Performance & Culture

• Refine performance frameworks to match fast-paced digital asset dynamics.
• Drive cultural integration across diverse, remote-first global teams.
• Resolve complex compliance and high-risk employee relations cases.
• Utilize data analytics to predict turnover and track team health.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in HR, with 3+ years leading HRBP teams.
• Industry: Proven background in Crypto, Blockchain, FinTech, or Hyper-growth Tech.
• Global Scope: Experience managing distributed teams across APAC, LATAM, or Europe.
• Acumen: Strong understanding of crypto market operations and trading ecosystems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
