HRBP Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HRBP function for all Head Office departments (Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Finance, & Support), collaborating closely with Department Heads.
• Coordinate cross-functional HO organization design and workforce planning in line with business objectives and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for HO employee relations issues, ensuring consistent, fair, and solution-oriented resolutions.
• Drive the adoption of digital/AI tools to enhance performance analytics and employee engagement across HO functions.
• Lead and oversee the execution of key HR programs: Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Employee Engagement.
• Manage the HO HRBP budget efficiently, and coach and develop the HCBP team to be proactive, solution-oriented business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles or 2 years in a Supervisory role or above.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong expertise in Business Partnering, Organization Design, and Employee Relations.
• Proven track record in cross-functional coordination within a dynamic environment.
• Strong budget management and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity or strong interest in leveraging HR Tech and AI tools.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
