HRBP Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Management and Department Heads to support organization structure, manpower planning, and workforce effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze employee turnover, retention, and engagement, identify root causes, and develop improvement actions.
• Manage and improve performance management, including KPI, probation review, performance evaluation, and improvement plans.
• Support managers in handling team performance, employee issues, leadership challenges, and retention risks.
• Identify competency gaps and development needs, and support employee, leadership, and career development programs.
• Identify high performers and key talents, and support talent mapping, career path, and succession planning.
• Analyze key HR metrics and people data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to Management.
• Support the development of a healthy, accountable, and performance-driven company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP, Organization Development, Performance Management, or People Development.
• Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, consumer goods, or fast-growing companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, performance management, retention, employee relations, and organization development.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with HR data and metrics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
