HRBP Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR advice and support to business unit on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and retention.
• Advise and Support Line managers on employee relations, performance, people management, and other key people priorities.
• Implement people initiatives, improve HR processes, and provide excellent internal customer support.
• Manage critical HR projects, maintain accurate employee data, and support other HRBP assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Human Resources with strong background in Business Partner role
• Strong project management in improvement process / people / capability / system
• Ability to work and communicate with all kinds of people
• Excellent in presentation and possess good interpersonal skills
• Good personality, mature, proactive, high responsible, plug-in, adaptable
• Good command of English & Thai
