HRBP (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

About the role

Support the Product Technology Department by executing daily HR activities, assisting managers with people-related matters, and ensuring HR policies and processes are implemented effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and probation monitoring.
• Assist department managers with manpower planning and employee administration.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and employee discipline.
• Support performance review and KPI implementation.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve basic HR issues.
• Maintain employee data and HR documentation accurately.
• Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment status, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Support employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English is preferred; Mandarin is an advantage.
