Role Purpose:

Support to deliver, comply and work in partnership with people concerning on the daily basic to provide them with advice, guidance and coaching about the Company’s concerning policies, procedures and processes relating throughout every stage of employees’ employment in Branch including recruitment, welcome onboard, progression, retirement.… at the same time ensure the delivery of all agreed KPI on recruitment, EES, compliance (all kind of insurance, employees’ documentation, all kinds of reports, ....)

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities:

• Ensure the operator manpower supply as common agreement in term of quantity, quality and timeline.
• Support all procedures for welcoming employees on-board by ensuring induction training, Coats of Conduct Code commitment signing, deliver uniform, ensure the full of employees’ requirement dossiers…
• Support to deliver all kind of communication both for ad hoc & periodically plan.
• Support all kinds of reports (short/ ad-hoc reports and periodically report….) relating to job assigned.
• Support of deliver & work in partnership with all functions & concerning people in BU to organize all events with-in business unit.
• Support of other tasks such as: employees’ uniform planning, purchasing, stocking & delivering/ stationary preparation for HR Dept usage.
• Ensure to implement all legal regulations and Coats’ regulations on ethical hirings for all employee level cross company follow Coats Ethics Code of Conduct.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

• University graduate, preferred in related human resources management.

• Speak and write fluently Vietnamese and English

• Knowledge of HR/ Vietnam labour law

• Listening skill

• Influencing skill

• Problem solving skill

• Good communication skill

• A minimum of 01 years working experience in the same positions
