Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, employee engagement, and retention in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Design and deliver induction programs for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage performance management systems to measure employee progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide coaching/training as needed.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR policies that align with company goals.
Job Requirements :
- 3.5-8 years of experience in an HR role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and practices.
- Proven track record in developing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
