Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and retention for the business department
• Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business operations and goals
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth HR operations
• Be flexible and willing to be placed across different business units within the SANY Group as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role covering all HR functions
• Strong understanding of business operations and how HR can drive business success
• Willingness to be placed in the Kalimantan (East or South) area and open to mobility across SANY Group business units
• Ability to start immediately is a massive plus point
• Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
