HRBP Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic HR partner to our branch operations, providing HR guidance and solutions that support business objectives, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead and support HR initiatives across assigned branches, partner closely with operations leaders, and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned branches and operational leaders, providing timely HR guidance and recommendations.
• Lead and supervise HR team members in the delivery of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operational activities.
• Partner with operations leaders to identify and address manpower requirements, workforce concerns, and employee-related issues.
• Oversee employee attendance and timekeeping concerns and ensure proper coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance in handling employee discipline, grievances, investigations, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and branch visits to assess HR and operational concerns, provide on-site HR support, and ensure proper implementation of HR policies and programs.
• Identify HR and organizational challenges and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement, performance management, retention, and other HR initiatives.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across assigned branches.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, or Employee Relations.
• Previous experience in supervising or leading an HR team is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, employee discipline, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with operations leaders and business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple concerns, and make sound HR recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Must be willing to conduct fieldwork, travel to assigned warehouses, and perform regular warehouse visits.
• Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City.
