HRBP（Recruitment）

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Handle recruitment across multiple functions, including:
• Sales & Commercial: Sales, Channel, Retail, Marketing, etc.
• Corporate Functions: HR, Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
• Manufacturing & Technical: Production, Quality, Engineering, Technical, Warehouse, Logistics, After-sales Service, etc.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates, especially for key, senior, technical, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and maintain recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, headhunters, universities, referrals, and industry networks.
• Build talent pipelines for critical positions to support future business expansion.
• Manage recruitment agencies and other external recruitment partners.
• Track recruitment progress and key recruitment metrics, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
• Support the development and optimization of recruitment processes, interview standards, and talent assessment methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Working experience in a large manufacturing company is required.
• Proven recruitment experience covering Sales/Commercial, Corporate Functions, and Engineering/Technical/Manufacturing positions .
• Strong sourcing capability and good knowledge of the Pakistan recruitment market.
• Good communication, negotiation, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, motorcycle/electric vehicle, electronics, home appliances, machinery, or other large manufacturing industries .
• Experience supporting new company setup, factory setup, or rapid organizational expansion .
• Previous working experience in a Chinese company is highly preferred.
• Mandarin/Chinese language skills will be a strong advantage.
• Strong talent network in Lahore / Punjab .

Salary Range:150,000-300,000 PKR/month
