HRD Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintains recruitment, Employee, attendance, and timekeeping records
• Assists in payroll preparation and documentation
• Supports Training and Development programs and Employee engagement activities
• Assists with Employee communications and HR-related concerns
• Prepares and maintains confidential HR documents
• Performs other HR-related initiatives as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related course
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of HR practices; Labor Laws, Timekeeping, and Payroll knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational, and Time-Management skills
