Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan recruitment, screening & interview kandidat
- Mengatur jadwal dan follow up kandidat
- Mengelola administrasi & data karyawan
- Membantu monitoring administrasi driver
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan client
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan client terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja
- Membantu monitoring absensi dan kelengkapan dokumen driver
- Membuat laporan HR secara berkala
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
- Berpengalaman di bidang HR menjadi nilai tambah
- Komunikatif, teliti & bertanggung jawab
- Mampu menjalin hubungan baik dengan client
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline
