HRD Coordinator

• Conduct regular visits to departments or work areas with a work composition of 80% field activities and 20% administrative tasks
• Supervise and handle HR-related issues, and actively participate in providing appropriate solutions for employees and the company when necessary
• Prepare routine visit reports, both for regular operations and events, to be submitted to management
• Ensure all HR Operational team members perform their duties and responsibilities properly
• Ensure administrative processes related to employee attendance, leave, maternity, and BPJS Health are carried out in accordance with company procedures

Job Requirements

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or Business Administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Supervisor
• Enjoy working in the field while remaining organized and detail-oriented in administrative tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive understanding of leave regulations, overtime, health insurance claims, and general HR practices
• Willing to work on a shift basis or during event working hours
