HRD Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HRD Employee Relations professional to join AGnP Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in fostering positive workplace relationships and creating an environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported. As an HRD Employee Relations specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, resolve workplace concerns, and contribute to a thriving organizational culture. This position plays a strategic role in supporting the human resources function and directly impacts employee satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and workplace conflicts through fair and impartial investigation
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on employment policies, procedures, and best practices
• Maintain confidential employee records and documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends to identify areas for improvement
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure transparency and trust
• Support the design and delivery of employee development and retention programs
• Monitor workplace environment and culture, providing recommendations for enhancement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards in all employee relations matters
• Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role
• Strong understanding of employment law and labor regulations in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain impartial when handling conflicts
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain emotional intelligence and composure in challenging situations
• Experience in employee engagement, training and development programs is preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices in employee relations is advantageous
