HRD EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for an HRD Executive to join our team in Tangerang City. The role involves managing recruitment, HR administration, employee training, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluation, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the employee recruitment and selection process
• Handle HR administration and documentation
• Manage employee training, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Assist with employee performance evaluation and development
• Address employee needs and concerns
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Support other HR activities as required by the company

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR/HRD
• Strong understanding of recruitment, training, onboarding, HR administration, performance evaluation, and employee relations
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and company regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
