HRD Generalist

About the role

This role encompasses recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and HR records management. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, administer employee benefits, oversee performance appraisals, maintain employee relations, and ensure proper HR documentation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide all approved manpower requisitions for the company within the timeline
• Conduct candidates' searches based on job specifications and qualifications submitted by the requesting department
• Identify sources for qualified candidates and conduct sourcing activities such as posting job openings in professional organizations and other sourcing sites
• Utilize social media platforms for recruitment
• Coordinate with private and government institutions that organize job fairs
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Filter candidates and conduct paper screening
• Conduct initial assessment of candidate skills, experience, and culture fit through review of resumes and applications
• Conduct employment verification and background investigation for employees
• Conduct orientation and induction for newly hired employees ensuring smooth transition and onboarding

About you

• Ability to conduct recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
• Experience with performance management and appraisal systems
• Understanding of employee relations and disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Labor Code
• Proficiency in HR records management and HR Information Systems
• Ability to provide advice on HR implementation and policy compliance
• Capability to coordinate training and developmental programs
