HRD Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced, assertive, and strong leader to fill the role of HRD Manager. In this position, you will take full ownership of the entire human resources lifecycle, ensure strict legal compliance, and build robust operational HR frameworks to support our rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

• SOP & System Development: Design, implement, and continuously evaluate HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch to ensure smooth and efficient operational workflows.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee strategic manpower planning, recruitment processes (for both operational staff and managerial roles), onboarding journeys, and employee retention initiatives.
• Performance Management (KPIs): Design and monitor periodic performance appraisal systems based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish clear career progression pathways.
• Industrial Relations & Compliance: Ensure all corporate policies and actions strictly comply with current Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan / UU Cipta Kerja) while maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.
• Compensation & Benefits: Supervise payroll structures, manage BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administrations, and oversee overall employee welfare programs.
• Training & Development: Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and organize targeted development programs to elevate team competencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the HR field, with at least 2–3 years in a Managerial or Senior Supervisory role.
• Experience in Hospitality, Project Management, Retail, or Theme Parks/Entertainment industries is highly preferred.
• Deep, comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record in building HR systems/SOPs from scratch and managing organizational change.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to a highly dynamic environment.
