HRD Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HRD Manager to manage and develop the company's HR function. This role will be responsible for Payroll, Recruitment, HR Legal & Compliance, Employee Relations, and People Development. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and is able to balance HR operational needs with employee development and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll.
• Handle salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, PPh 21, attendance, leave, and other payroll-related matters.
• Ensure employee data, contracts, and HR administration are accurate and up to date.
• Improve HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, selection, and onboarding.
• Work closely with Department Heads to identify manpower requirements.
• Ensure recruitment targets are achieved in terms of quality, timeline, and cost.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
• Manage and ensure compliance with company employment legalities and HR documentation.
• Ensure company policies and HR practices comply with Indonesian Manpower Laws and applicable regulations.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Strong experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Laws and regulations.
• Experienced in handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, disputes, and termination.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21, and HR compliance.
• Experienced in KPI, performance management, training, and people development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
