Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing
Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring of technically and professionally suitable employees.

2. Payroll & HR Administration
Independently manage payroll, salary calculations, attendance, leave, overtime and employee records.

3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure proper compliance with applicable Indian labour laws, PF/EPF, ESI and other statutory requirements.

4. HR Policies & Employee Management
Develop professional HR policies, maintain discipline, manage employee relations and standardize HR processes.

5. HR Systems & Reporting
Create reliable HR systems, MIS and management reporting covering manpower, recruitment, payroll, attendance, overtime, turn

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an execution-oriented HR professional who can both recruit people and run the HR function.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable sitting with management to understand a manpower requirement, sourcing candidates from Naukri/LinkedIn, conducting the first level of screening, coordinating interviews, preparing payroll, checking attendance and overtime, handling statutory compliance and implementing HR policies.

Candidates whose experience is limited to only recruitment or only payroll administration may not be suitable. The role requires a well-rounded HR professional with strong sourcing capability and hands-on HR operations experience.
