HRD Manager

Responsibilities;

·       Design and implement Learning and Development (L&D) roadmaps

• Design training programs and materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and PowerPoint presentations for new and existing employees for oversea branches.
• Monitor all training record of all oversea branches.
• Simplify complex and difficult content to make it easily understandable by designing storyboards and structuring content into engaging stories.
• Manage training sessions (both online and onsite) to enhance system knowledge and skills.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs, make necessary improvements, and create tools to track employee progress.
• Collaborate with various countries to analyze problems, identify training needs, and develop customized training solutions.
• Develop competency frameworks, IDP, career paths, and skills gap assessments
• Monitor employee development progress and evaluate program effectiveness

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in BBA, HROD, MIS, Education, or a related field.
• At least 8 years working experience in training or HRD.
• At least 3 years working experience in Supervisor or Manager Level
• Skilled in designing and delivering effective training programs using storytelling to simplify complex content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a creative and empathetic teaching approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using training software and tools.
• Fluent in English
