HRD Manager - Head Office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in multi-business companies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all organisational levels.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements.

• Proven expertise in recruitment, talent management and employee relations.

• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual capability (Indonesian and English) is highly desirable.

• Willing to travel out of town for work and be based in SCBD, South Jakarta.
