What they need
- Implements training procedure by conducting Training Needs Analysis Surveys; generating the training calendar; facilitating organizational trainings and seminars; and conducting training evaluations and measures of effectiveness
- Facilitates the evaluation/panel presentation for the suitability of probationary employees and candidates for promotion
- Implements the company recruitment procedure by monitoring all Personnel Requisitions; conducting preliminary interviews and testing; endorsing applicants for final interviews
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communications
- Must have at least one year of related work experience
