About the role

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and CV screening through to interview, training, and employee onboarding. The position ensures all manpower needs are met according to established timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, CV screening, interviews, training, and employee onboarding
• Ensure all manpower requirements are fulfilled according to target timelines and quality standards
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs across various departments through to new employee onboarding
• Conduct administrative screening, interviews, coordinate user interviews, manage offers, and oversee new employee onboarding processes
• Create and manage a structured candidate database as a company talent pool
• Collaborate with users to determine workforce needs and identify suitable candidate profiles
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with standard operating procedures and company policies
• Establish and maintain partnerships with job portals, educational institutions, communities, and other recruitment partners
