About the role

This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, organizing public training registration and administration, coordinating with health and life insurance providers to ensure employee welfare, managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan facilities, organizing company engagement events from planning through evaluation, and managing employee diversity and inclusion programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment
• Organize public training registration and administration
• Coordinate with health and life insurance to ensure employee welfare
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan facility and coordination
• Organize company engagement events, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation
• Manage employee diversity and inclusion programs

About you

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management from a reputable university
• Preferably has 1-3 years of working experience in HR
• Understanding of HR general roles and labor regulation
• Strong passion in HR Development and Operation
• Professional English proficiency both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
