HRD Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing annual training plans, coordinating with the Department of Skill Development, and handling training documentation and certification. The role involves performance evaluation management, KPI development and monitoring across all departments, and reporting to management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate annual training plans with the HR department
• Liaise with officials from the Department of Skill Development
• Collect and compile annual training plan data for submission to government agencies (กพร.)
• Prepare training documentation and assist in training delivery
• Process requests for internal and external training curriculum certification
• Submit forms and report annual training results for tax benefit claims (Section 35 or 36)
• Develop and manage performance evaluation (PM) systems
• Create performance evaluation calculation formulas
• Develop KPIs, monitor and verify departmental KPI performance across all units
• Compile KPI data from all departments, prepare meeting documents for management presentation, and prepare KPI meeting reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
• 3 years of experience in training and development work
• 3-5 years of experience in KPI development
• Experience in document preparation
• Creative thinking ability
