What they need
KUALIFIKASI :
- Pendidikan S1 atau S2 Psikologi, Hukum, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang HRD, dengan minimal 1–2 tahun pada posisi supervisor.
- Memahami peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia, BPJS, dan pengupahan (UMP/UMK).
- Familiar dengan aplikasi HRIS
- Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, negosiasi, dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik.
