Job Title: Process Expert Change Control System Integration Coordination

Location: Hyderabad, India

Process Expert responsible for governing HR system changes across a complex, integrated HR technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Digital Technology (DT), and external vendors, ensuring all HRIS changes are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and high-quality manner. The position offers strong global stakeholder exposure, ownership of change governance, testing coordination, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement within a leading science-based multinational organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate and govern end-to-end HR system change requests while ensuring compliance with change and release management processes.
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, HR data management, and system integrations.
• Experience managing integration testing, regression testing, and ensuring quality outcomes for system enhancements and releases.
• Ability to act as the central coordination point between HR, IT/DT teams, Change Control Boards, and external vendors..
• Experience driving structured escalation management, issue resolution, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Strong planning, impact analysis, documentation management, tracker maintenance, and process improvement capabilities.

You bring

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working within HRIS environments and HR technology ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR data/integration processes is highly preferred.
• Proven background in system change coordination, release management, and testing management within enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of change control frameworks, testing methodologies, quality assurance, and governance processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global environment and support European time zones.
