Key responsibilities
- Understand personnel-related employment activities
- Master end-to-end employee recruitment and selection processes
- Record attendance and calculate employee salaries
- Update employment contracts and company work regulations
- Conduct BPJS and employment reporting
- Coordinate with service users regarding placed employees
- Monitor company assets
About you
- Minimum S1 education in Psychology, Law, or Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Strong leadership qualities
- Understanding of human resource management and good time management
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
