About the role

This is a comprehensible role for our business in Bangkok. In the startup period, your main responsibilities will be related to HR recruitment, payroll calculation. Besides, you will support on admin and finance work.

Key responsibilities

• Human Resources

  1. Support recruitment: job posting, interview scheduling, candidate communication

  2. Maintain employee records, contracts, on-board/off-board documents

  3. Track attendance, leave, and employee benefits

  4. Payroll calculation, social security arrangement.

  5. Assist in HR policies, compliance, and employee relations

  Administration

  1. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination

  2. Handle office maintenance, utilities, and facility management

  3. Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events

  4. Maintain company documents, contracts, and filing systems

  5. Support management with daily administrative tasks

  Accounting & Finance

  1. Handle petty cash, reimbursement, and expense claims

  2. Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and basic bookkeeping

  3. Coordinate with accounting firms or PIC

  4. Assist with monthly closing documents

  5. Maintain financial records and support tax compliance

About you

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2 years or above experience in HR/Admin/Accounting roles
• Good command of Thai & English
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• Self-driven, hands-on can work under fast-paced and multi-task environment
• Working experience in a startup company will be preferred
