Latent Space (Halo AI & GoVisa) is #hiring for HRGA Intern (WFO in Kuningan, South Jakarta)

What you'll do:

• Support employee request approvals (leave, payslip, reimbursement, etc.)
• Handle day-to-day employee administration and maintain employee records/database
• Assist with onboarding administration for new hires (documents, equipment setup, first-day logistics)
• Support general affairs tasks - office supplies, facility requests, and vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Available for full-time WFO in Kuningan
• Able to start ASAP
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with administrative/operational work
• Final year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
