Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mendukung proses administrasi dan operasional HRGA sehari-hari.
- Membantu proses recruitment, mulai dari screening CV, penjadwalan interview, hingga proses onboarding.
- Membantu pengelolaan data dan dokumen karyawan.
- Mendukung proses absensi, cuti, dan administrasi kepegawaian.
- Membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan internal dan employee engagement.
- Mendukung kebutuhan General Affairs, termasuk pengelolaan fasilitas dan kebutuhan operasional kantor.
- Membantu penyusunan laporan dan dokumentasi HRGA.
- Menjalankan tugas administratif lainnya sesuai kebutuhan tim HRGA.
